Converted existing space into a new upgraded Mechanical Room to supplement the heating capacity for the Horace Greeley High School Athletic Center. After repairing and retrofitting the space, new MEP installations were conducted, with new Weil-McLain custom boilers & pumps, a new electrical & plumbing system, and a new tailor-made Johnson Controls Building Automation System to monitor the Boiler Room space.
