The Wall Street Lobby is apart of EmpireCore’s 63-67 Wall Street project. This 10 million completed project consists of two adjoined residential rental buildings in the Financial District. EmpireCore completed 550 apartments in total that were fully renovated over the course of the past three years. The project has various upgrades to an addition of new amenities such as a more centralized leasing office, co-working spaces, party rooms, virtual gold, and a more efficient and finished series of spaces for tenant storage and management staff.
