101 West End Avenue

Our project at 101 West End features redevelopment upgrades to the building’s rooftop lounge, indoor dog park, individual units and community lounge. The property is in proximity to the Lincoln Center, Central Park West, Riverside Park and high-end retail stores. EmpireCore modernized the building by adding state-of-the-art finishing touches to all 503 units. Building improvements also included the addition of a 15,000 square-foot communal lounge, a multi-purpose terrace and over 20,000 square feet of luxury amenity space.
