Our project at the Lanthian, at 377 East 33rd Street has focused on extensive modernizations of the existing 209-unit rental building located in Murray Hill. These renovations have included reconfiguring layouts with upgrades to flooring, kitchens, and bathrooms to increase the property value and longevity of the space. We also configured the amenity package including the lobby, fitness center, leasing, and management offices, as well as refurbished the corridors including the replacement of all fixtures and moldings.
