Notable renovation features include a green roof, energy efficient HVAC and electrical systems, and seating for 135 staff members totaling $10 MM in costs.

Command Center (Public Safety)

A new, state of the art, public safety office totaling $1.6 MM containing a backup generator for continuous operation and entire visibility of the property on a command center console.
